S: 6.5 - 7.5" or 16.5 - 19 cm
m: 7.5 - 8.5" or 19 - 21.5 cm
L: 8.5 - 9.5" or 21.5 - 24 cm
XL: 9.5 - 10.5" or 24 - 27 cm
These are hand circumference sizes measured around the hand at the knuckles, without the thumb. Use a piece of string to tie around the hand and then place it along a ruler.
