Can I return my purchase? Yes, you can return your purchase to us. Not satisfied with your purchase? Let us know, we are happy to resolve any issues for you!
- Conditions: Your item must be unused and undamaged.
- Free returns: If you ordered over €100, we will cover the return costs for you! This applies to the Netherlands and Germany.
- Return label costs (NL & DE): If you ordered less than €100, you can purchase a return label from us for €5.95.
- International orders: For orders outside the Netherlands and Germany, returns are not free. You can purchase a return label through us.
- Belgium: €7.79
- France: €12.50
- Austria: €12.95
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. You are not obligated to purchase a return label from us; you may arrange the return shipment yourself.
Exchanging an item? Exchanging an item works as follows. You return your order and we will refund the purchase amount once we have received your return. In the meantime, you can already order the new item.
Conditions for returns You can return your purchase if:
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- You received the purchase less than 30 days ago.
How do I return my purchase?
Check the item:
- Ensure the item is not damaged or used.
- Pack the product well and include a note with your order number or invoice number.
Request a return label:
- In the last email with the delivery confirmation, there is a link where you can create a return label. If you have any questions about the return portal, you can send an email to: [email protected]
Processing the return:
- We will check your return and refund the purchase amount and any shipping costs* as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
*Shipping costs (from Streetsurfshop to you) will be refunded, except if:
- You only return part of your order.
- Extra costs on top of the standard shipping costs, such as express delivery or guaranteed delivery, will not be reimbursed.
