Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can return your purchase within 30 days after receiving it. Not happy with your purchase? Let us know, we will be happy to help you find a solution.
Return conditions
You can return your purchase if:
- the item is unused and undamaged;
- the item is complete and, where possible, in its original packaging;
- you received the purchase less than 30 days ago.
What does returning cost?
A return via our returns portal costs €3.95 for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For France and Austria, a return label costs €14.95.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. You are not required to return through our returns portal. You may also arrange the return shipment yourself.
Is it a warranty issue or did we send you the wrong item? Please contact us first. In that case, returning is of course free of charge.
Exchanging an item
Would you like to exchange an item? Return your order and place a new order for the item you want. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount.
How do I return my purchase?
- Check the item
Make sure the item is unused, undamaged and complete. Pack the product well and include a note with your order number or invoice number. - Register your return
In the last email with the delivery confirmation, you will find a link to register your return. Does this not work? Email us at [email protected]. - Send your package back
After registering your return, you will receive a QR code. Have this QR code scanned at the parcel point. You do not need to print or stick a return label on the package yourself. Arranging the return shipment yourself? Make sure the package is well packed and sufficiently stamped.
Refund
After receiving your return, we will check the shipment. Is everything in order? Then we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days.
Did you return the complete order? Then we will also refund the standard shipping costs of the original shipment. If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Extra costs on top of the standard shipping costs, such as a more expensive shipping method, will not be refunded.
