Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can return your purchase to us. Not satisfied? Let us know — we’ll gladly help solve any issues!
• Conditions: The item must be unused and undamaged.
• Free returns: If you ordered more than €100 and paid via iDEAL, Sofort, or bank transfer, we cover the return shipping costs! This applies to the Netherlands and Germany.
• Return label cost (NL & DE): Ordered for less than €100? You can buy a return label from us for €5.95.
• International orders: Returns outside NL & DE are not free, but you can buy a return label through us.
Belgium: €7.79
France: €12.50
Austria: €12.95
• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. You are not required to buy a label from us; you may arrange your own return shipment.
Exchange?
To exchange an item, simply return your order. Once we receive it, we refund your purchase. In the meantime, you can order the new item.
Return conditions
You may return your purchase if:
• The item is unused and undamaged.
• You received your purchase less than 30 days ago.

*Shipping costs (from Streetsurfshop to you) will be refunded unless:
• You return only part of your order.
• Extra services like express delivery or special guarantee shipping were chosen — these are not refunded.
