The Medusa from Mafia is a larger 26" bicycle, not referred to as a BMX, but as a wheelie bike.
Wheelie bikes are rapidly increasing in popularity as an alternative way to shred a bike. Instead of doing technical lines, jumping big gaps or going for long grinds, wheelie bikes are all about wheelies. (Wheelie = riding on your rear wheel while pedaling).
