< p>What is slacklining?
The trend sport slacklining originally comes from the USA. Mountain climbers stretched their climbing ropes between two trees and balanced on them, out of boredom, but also to stay in shape. The thin climbing ropes have been replaced by a 5 cm wide tension strap. The advantage of this is that it is easier for beginners. The line can be tensioned lower above the ground because it bends less.
