Fitting the mouthguard: Caution! Boiling water can be dangerous!
Boil the water and let it sit for 30 seconds before immersing the protector in the water for 30 seconds.
Remove the guard from the water with a spoon, shake off the water, and center the guard on your upper teeth as quickly as possible. (The guard should be warm.)
Once your upper teeth are centered, gently bite down and use your tongue to suck air and excess water from the guard. You can also use your fingers to press the guard into place from the outside.
