Other Dot Hands: a striking Santa Cruz design
Santa Cruz has been known for its distinctive skateboard graphics since 1973. The Other Dot Hands combines the recognizable Santa Cruz style with a striking black and blue design. A skateboard that not only rides well but also looks good.
8.25 inches: more space and control under your feet
With a width of 8.25 inches (20.96 cm), this skateboard offers just a little more room than a traditional 8.0-inch deck. This provides extra confidence when placing your feet and landing tricks.
The length of 31.5 inches (80 cm) and wheelbase of 14 inches provide a nice balance between stability and maneuverability. This makes the board suitable for technical street tricks, but also for ramps, banks, and other obstacles in the skatepark.
Strong 7-ply birch wood skateboard deck
The deck is made of 7 layers of birch wood . This construction offers sturdiness without becoming unnecessarily heavy. The classic popsicle shape with a raised nose and tail makes the skateboard suitable for ollies, kickflips, shuvits, and other skateboard tricks.
Thanks to the medium concave, you have sufficient grip and control over the board, while allowing you to easily move your feet while riding.
Krux DLK 8.25 trucks for inspection and grinds
The skateboard is equipped with Krux DLK 8.25 trucks . These trucks match the width of the deck and ensure smooth and direct steering.
The DLK trucks feature an inverted kingpin . This means the kingpin protrudes less, which is pleasant when grinding on curbs, ledges, and rails. A smart combination for skaters who like to try out different tricks and obstacles.
53mm OJ wheels with 95A hardness
The 53mm OJ skateboard wheels are made for versatile skateboard use. With a hardness of 95A , they are slightly softer than the commonly used 99A and 101A street wheels.
This means they absorb minor bumps better and offer some extra grip on various surfaces. This allows you to ride more comfortably on asphalt, while the wheels also remain suitable for tricks and skatepark use.
ABEC-3 bearings for smooth rolling
The wheels are equipped with ABEC-3 precision bearings . These steel bearings are oil-lubricated and ensure a smooth roll. Together with the OJ wheels, they form a reliable combination for regular skateboarding.
Complete skateboard: ready to ride immediately
With the Santa Cruz Other Dot Hands Large 8.25", you no longer need to pick out individual parts. The skateboard comes fully assembled with deck, trucks, wheels, bearings, and griptape.
This way, you can start skating immediately. Whether you want to further develop your tricks, enjoy riding through the skatepark, or are looking for a complete skateboard with a slightly wider deck: this Santa Cruz is a versatile choice.
