The Story Metro scooter is not the lightest in its class, but this scooter is equipped with the latest features! The scooter is built on a strong aluminum base with lightweight plastic deck extensions. The platform is long and wide so that your feet fit well on it. The handlebars are wider than the handlebars of most other scooters - larger riders have a good and natural grip on the handlebars of this scooter. The scooter contains shock absorbers in the front fork and the rear wheel. The gigantic 230 mm wheels ensure that you can ride on any terrain.
Story was able to create a simple and fast folding system. A single quick release mechanism can be activated by pressing with your toe. This quick release is strategically placed at the front and faces forward to prevent the driver from accidentally activating the quick release while driving. The deck is reinforced at the front with durable plastic to limit the damage that asphalt can do to the deck when the scooter folds. The handlebars can also be easily folded, so you can take the scooter with you on public transport without any problems.
