Which size Freestyle BMX fits me?
The right BMX size depends on your height and age. The standard wheel size is 20 inches, but the top tube length varies:
Body length | Top tube (TT) | Recommended BMX |
---|
120–140 cm | 18" – 19.5" | Kids BMX (16–18 inch wheels) |
140–160 cm | 19.5" – 20.25" | Junior Freestyle BMX |
160–180 cm | 20.25" – 21" | Medium / Adult BMX |
180+ cm | 21"+ | Pro-size Freestyle BMX |
Not sure? Then 20.5" top tube is a safe all-round choice for most riders.
